Earlier today I tried a nutritive breastfeed, I'm still not able to do it 100%, but Mommy and I are going to keep trying every day. (Don't worry, Mommy, I'll get it!) I've been doing really great on my bottlefeedings. So far, there is only 2 more things that I need to do to be able to go home. I need to get out of the isolette and into an open crib and I need to get up to 8 bottlefeeds a day. Not too long!
Tonight, Mommy and Daddy came to see me again and when I realized they were there I woke up and tried to stay awake. When I was awake, I was just staring at Mommy and Daddy and you could tell I was sooo sleepy. I only stayed up for about 10 minutes and then I fell back asleep like I always do. Mommy and Daddy both held me and we all had snuggle time. I love my mommy and daddy!
